At Cosmic Gifts, we pride ourselves on delivering products that are uniquely crafted to meet your individual needs. As each item is created upon order, all sales are considered final, and we do not accept exchanges.
However, if you encounter a manufacturing defect with any of our products, we are committed to making it right. Should you discover a defect within 14 days of receiving your order, please reach out to us at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. At that time, we’ll be pleased to discuss whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange for the item in question.
To ensure a satisfying shopping experience, we highly recommend that you consult our sizing guide before placing an order for any clothing items to ensure you are orderin the correct size. Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for items that do not fit as expected.
In the rare case that your package arrives with visible external damage, we kindly ask that you document this by taking photographs before opening the package so that we may initiate a claim with the shipping company. If upon opening you find that the contents are also damaged, please capture further photographic evidence, then contact us immediately and send us the images, so that we can address the issue promptly and ship out a replacement item or refund.
