Our products are created specifically for you when you place an order.  All sales are final with the exception of items that have a manufacturing defect.  If a defect is discovered within 14 days of receiving your item, please contact support@cosmicgifts.net for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and let us know if you would like a refund or exchange.

Please check our sizing guide for clothing products to ensure you are ordering the correct size.  Clothing that doesn’t fit cannot be accepted for return.
